The Paroja community of Koraput, Odisha carries its heritage through the Rinjodi, a courtship dance where young boys and girls sing, move, and exchange verses under the moonlit skies of their highlands. Every song speaks of bonds with nature, every step holds memory.
This August in Kolkata, they bring these traditions from their villages to the city — not as spectacle, but as lived heritage. Alongside the performance, you will hear directly from the artists about the meaning behind their music and dance.
